Terms of use
These terms apply to the FixNear mobile application and related services offered in India. By creating an account or requesting a repair, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate information.
Marketplace role
FixNear is a discovery, trust and booking platform for independent repair businesses and technicians. Providers remain responsible for their work, quotes, licences, taxes and legal obligations. Public Google listings are unverified and are not bookable through FixNear.
Bookings and payments
Only approved providers can receive FixNear requests. Prices shown before a provider quote are estimates or inspection fees where stated. No customer or provider charge is activated unless it is clearly disclosed and supported by an approved payment and refund process.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, misuse another person's account, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, evade safety controls or use provider information for spam. We may restrict accounts to protect customers, providers or the platform.
Safety, cancellations and disputes
Use reasonable care before allowing anyone onto your premises. Report safety concerns promptly. Cancellation, refund and dispute handling will follow the terms displayed for the relevant booking and applicable Indian law.
